For some time now and for several reasons, including changes in global risks, our world is about the prevalence of challenges we're going through that have been best described as mental health issues.
To ease our understanding, it's best in my opinion, to consider it as "the state of one's mind" or the "conditions that make one think too hard".
Thankfully, we all appreciate the power of the Holy Spirit which calms and fulfils us daily.
However, this write-up is not only about what we're doing with ourselves but also what we're doing to assist others through this season.
Among many things you can do, especially setting some money aside for critical moments, you know you can buy insurance to cover the unexpected events. The reasons you'll do this are:
- To help others who may not know how to handle crisis attributed to mental health; and
- To help yourself hold through when confronted with the challenges others face.
