Nigeria's president Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday submitted the 2020 medium term expenditure framework (MTEF) and fiscal strategy paper (FSP) to the Senate. This followed Buhari’s letter to the senate which was read at plenary by senator Ahmad Lawan, the president of the senate, who urged the lawmakers to accord the documents urgent legislative action.
